Animal Kingdom

Hey peeps!!! Today I will be blogging about our Inquiry. This term in Inquiry we have been talking about Animals like Insects, birds, amphibians and many more. Each animal goes under either Invertebrates or Vertebrates. Every single animal belongs under one of these. Here is a photo of our work of what we had to do.

I hope you enjoyed have a look at the videos. I really enjoyed participating in my group. I was in Vertebrates. I learnt so much about animals like Vertebrates are animals with a backbone and Invertebrates are animals who don't have a backbone.

The Dolphins In Hauraki

Hey peeps!!! For the past few weeks we have been doing swimming lessons at Cameron Pools so sadly it has to end. I really enjoyed swimming in the pool. 

There are also photos of Hauraki swimming in the school pool. We have been snorkelling with Ms Sands in the pool and have learnt how to use them. Here are some photos of Hauraki in action!!! I hope you enjoy it!!!

I used dolphins because we swam like dolphins in the pool. I added these photos because they were photos of Hauraki in the pool and also because they were during our swimming lessons. 

I also added these photos of when we were in the school pool because they were my favourite photos and also because they were the best to represent our class.

Guess it! But don't tell Anyone!!!

This week we are working on using descriptive language by sharing our writing straight onto our blog.  The challenge we have is to describe a place using only six sentences. After reading the description you need to guess the place that has been described. It would really help if you say what clues helped you come to this conclusion

1. Beautiful sparkly, clear water, that tempt me into diving in.
2. Wonderful animals like dolphins playing joyfully together.
3. Kids and adults dancing to the music playing.
4. In the Pacific enjoying each others company together.
5. Weddings and performances going on with fab skirts, dresses and patterned fabric in many sizes.
6. Love this island of ocean blue seas and clear blue skies.

Our Syndicate Treaty

Hi peeps!!! For a couple of weeks we have been talking about Our Syndicate Treaty. Some people were asked to do a drawing on one of the rules. I did mine on 

"Come to school with a smile and get ready to learn."

We all decided if we wanted to sign the treaty. I chose to sign the treaty. Here is my work!!! I hope you enjoy it!!!
