  5. Kia Orana Lavinia,

Cia here from the Summer Learning Journey Ako Hiko team.

I can see you have thought really carefully about what a digital footprint represents and how we can be smarter online. You made good points about what should be shared online as well as using websites that are secure. You are very knowledgeable! :)

Perhaps next time you could give some advice about what to do if your personal information does get shared online. Sometimes personal information can get into the wrong hands. What steps do you think you should take if someone does find out your password? Who should you talk to first?

This reminds me of when I am with friends or family, we like to take lots of goofy photos of ourselves pulling funny faces but we’re pretty careful about setting them to private if we decide to upload them. It is good to know how to use privacy settings, especially if you want to share private photos or information with family and friends online.

Keep up the good work, I hope your holidays are coming along well.

Toe feiloa’i fo’i (see you again),

    Cia.
