  1. Kia ora Lavinia,

My name is Megan, I came to visit you and the other seniors at Waikowhai School and will be one of the people blogging with you this summer. What an awesome start to your journey with the Summer Learning Journey. I really enjoyed reading that Canada has 35.9 million people. This makes New Zealand's population of 4 million look tiny. I once visited Canada and was amazed when I saw the Niagara Falls. I would love to go back and visit this incredible country again, would you like to visit it one day?

I am thrilled that you've registered for the Summer Learning Journey with us. I know it can sometimes be tricky to get started. I have included a link to the week one activities, but remember, you can do them in any order! Check out the activities on our website, and then post your responses to the activities here on your blog site.
