Pink Shirt Day

Oat The Goat
Last week we had "Pink Shirt Day" on Friday. It went all across the country. At Waikowhai Primary School, everyone wore pink to school, or some kind of pink. The things that I wore some pink jeans, a Warriors Jersey and a jacket with pink on it.
On Wednesday we watched Oat the Goat on our Chromebooks. It was like a pick a path. During the story, it would ask us to pick a card. On the cards it had choices on it, we clicked on one and then it would play. Here is the link,
It related to Pink Shirt Day. You could either chose it to read it in Maori or in English. You could also choose to get it to read to you, you to read or just to watch. Maybe you could give it a try and see which is the best path to take.
Here is my thinking hats, each has some writing underneath. I hope you enjoy my work and the photo!!!

I hope you enjoyed looking at my work. I really hope that bullying stops. Bullying is "Never OK!!!" I hope you also enjoyed Oat the Goat. I hope that you chose the right path. Please feel free to leave a comment or some feedback for me.

I think that it is really cool how you wore pink to school and that your school had Pink Shirt Day.
I don't know what oat the goat is so if you could explain that would be helpful. Another thing I thought was cool is that you had a choice to write n maori and english apart from that your post was Ka Pai!

    Kind Regards

    1. Thanks. By the way, Oat the Goat is a story about helping others by stopping bullying. You get to pick a path, which ever one you pick, it is either a solution or a consequence. Thanks for the comment!!!
